Having owned and operated a business for over a decade, where I personally recruited, hired, and developed my team, I understand how the right hire can influence an organization’s success—and how costly turnover and talent gaps can be.

In addition to my entrepreneurial background, I bring six years of experience in the Charlotte market as a tax professional, spanning public accounting, corporate tax, and family office work. I've also worked closely with accounting, finance, and HR teams, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how these functions connect.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting out on the water, hiking, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols! We are active in our church and whenever we can, we love making our way back home to Charleston to visit the beach and our favorite restaurants.
